More Butter Chicken ......... ;-)

I made up another batch of Butter Chicken from ccc#7 HERE

I make it up at least once every two months and it seems to taste just that little bit different each time - always very nice though ;-)

On the weekend, we wanted a light evening meal, as it was hot and I didn't want to spend a lot of time cooking, so we had scrambled eggs & bacon on toast.

I made mine up after being influenced by something I had seen recently on a menu at a Cafe
On the menu was this particular item
  • Scrambled Eggs & Bacon, topped with smoked salmon on sour dough toast .................. $24.00

It was every bit as nice as the plate of food I had seen on the table next to me, but I it didn't cost $24.00!!!
