For the month of September, I entered the PACC competition, with the subjects of  'Macro' and 'Open'.

Colour My World - 9 out of 10

Gazania Glory - 8 out of 10

Spring Bee - 8 out of 10

Carn the Pear - 8 out of 10

The last image, 'Carn the Pear' pays homage to my fellow club members who follow the football club 'Port Power' :)

The last competition for the year will be at PACC, and the subject will be 'Our Port Adelaide'.

It's been a bit gloomy of late here in Adelaide .......

1st September is the First Day of Spring here in the southern hemisphere ....

Yay ............. let the sneezing begin!   I never used to suffer much, but I am finding the older I get, the more sensitive I seem to be getting.

Spring has Sprung

It was a lovely sight today - the blossoms seemed to all pop up overnight (not quite, but you know what I mean LOL)

Pity about the white balance being wrong !!! 

that's what I get for not checking the camera before taking shots!
